Mexican Hot Chocolate: this is our take on the traditional hot chocolate consumed in Mexico - it's very lively, sweet and full of joy!
Made with just three ingredients (Organic cocoa beans from Öko Caribe in the Dominican Republic, Organic unrefined cane sugar from Native in Brazil and Mexican Cinnamon sourced by our friend the Mexican chef Lily Ramirez)
Soupe Au Chocolat: Think of it a little bit like what an espresso is to filter coffee: intense, rich and concentrated. In between a hot chocolate and a chocolate pudding.
We make it by blending our own bean-to-bar 85% dark chocolate with our homemade coconut cream. It's all organic and made from only plant-based ingredients. It's not overly sweet but it is a bit decadent and very warming!
