Shipping, Deliveries And Collections

Collections:

Orders can be collected at no charge from our stall at the following markets:

- Naomh Olaf market on Fridays from 8.30am to 12.30pm. Address: Naomh Olaf GAA club, Sandyford.

- Glasnevin Food Market on Saturdays from 8.30am until 2.30pm. Address: 38A Barrow Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Glasnevin, Dublin 11 D11VA40.

Shipping Timeline and Rates:

- Within Ireland:
To minimize shipping costs while offering tracking, we use An Post for all orders.
The maximum parcel weight we can ship trough the online store is 10kg. If your order is greater in weight, please contact us at sales@properchocolatecompany.com and we will arrange a different shipping method,
Most deliveries are made within 2 business days, but as our supplier can’t guarantee this, neither can we. Please note that Bank Holidays will affect delivery times.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout for your review, before the order is confirmed.

- International Deliveries:
We no longer ship automatically outside of Ireland. If you wish to order for shipping outside Ireland, please contact us at sales@properchocolatecompany.com and we will arrange custom shipping.

PLEASE NOTE that delivery charges on this website do not include taxes, tariffs and duties where applicable. Customers are liable for all customs charges, tariffs, sales taxes, levies and duties with regards to delivery of their orders. 

As our shipping suppliers can’t guarantee the delivery leadtime neither can we.

Deliveries:
We generally dispatch orders within 2 business days. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.  All orders must include a phone number for the recipient. We cannot be held liable for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses or phone numbers provided or our courier being unable to contact the recipient directly.
